Position Overview:

As the Head of Marketing at Cloverly, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing leader who has a proven track record in high-growth, early-stage B2B software and marketplace companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on demand generation and brand development, and will be data-oriented, with the ability to implement a lead/demand generation engine, maximize awareness, create demand, and capture demand in our target market.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Cloverly's business goals, focusing on demand generation and brand building.
  • Demand Generation: Implement and optimize lead generation strategies to drive high-quality, qualified leads into the sales funnel, ensuring consistent and scalable growth.
  • Brand Development: Build and maintain the Cloverly brand, ensuring it aligns with our mission and resonates with our target market.
  • Team Management: Manage and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions and continually optimize marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Top of Funnel Experience: Develop and execute top-of-funnel marketing initiatives, including content marketing, advertising, SEO, and social media, to capture the attention of potential customers.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in successfully developing and positioning high-growth, early-stage B2B software/marketplace companies, with a strong focus on demand generation and some brand background.
  • A deep understanding of lead/demand generation strategies and the ability to implement and optimize a lead generation engine.
  • Previous experience managing and scaling marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and analytics to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team, across different time zones.
